Grenada Beauty Expo 2013 — Fashion, Beauty & Health

The beauty industry in Grenada is booming and nothing proves that more than the forthcoming Grenada Beauty Expo 2013 to be held at the Grenada Trade Centre on Sunday, 10 November 2013 starting at 1:00 pm.  Up to 1,200 visitors at the “look good, feel good” expo will have the opportunity to interact with over 45 vendors and pick up tips and advice in beauty, health, hair, nail and fashion. The first 100 ticket-holders will each receive a free gift bag!

Visitors to the Grenada Beauty Expo 2013 will be truly spoilt for choice. An array of health and beauty products will be on display — some of which may be sampled or taken as a freebie — as well as forums on healthy eating and live healthy cooking shows.

Those concerned with their health can take advantage of the general health checks, and people in need of relaxation can receive a massage from a qualified practitioner. Competitions and lucky draw prizes will take place throughout the day, and vendors specialising in dentistry, modelling and shoes will also be present. A bouncy castle and face painting activities will entertain very young children and for the hungry a wide selection of food vendors.

Msy Chrissy, Host of the Grenada Beauty Expo 2013 said, “I am more than excited to experience everyone in the beauty industry under one roof. “look good, feel good” is the perfect name because it is about looking after oneself from the inside out. Men are often neglected in the ‘beauty world’ and I like that this extravaganza caters for them too.”

Event organisers, Exhibit Professionals, said, “We called this event “look good, feel good” because our aim is for each person that walks through the door to leave feeling great, all round. Whether it’s for a facial, a manicure, pedicure, healthy cooking, a health check or just to soak up the atmosphere, we look forward to seeing the whole family taking advantage of this unique experience.”

“An event like this is also great exposure for local businesses to let the wider population know of their services. Blog and travel writers, who keep readers up-to-date on services in Grenada, would love it too. Here they can get up close and personal with the vendors, they may also discover something new!”

Tickets to the Grenada Beauty Expo 2013 are $10 for adults and $5 up to 13 years and are available at the following outlets:

  • Niki’s Shoe Shop, Halifax Street, St George’s
  • Las Chicas Boutique, Bruce Street Mall, St George’s
  • The Beauty Supply, Grenville, St Andrew
