- The Mobile Units are dispatched to aid small farmers who need to purchase 1 to 3 bags of fertilizer
- All farmers need to have their Farmers Identification Card in order to make a purchase
- Farmers who require less than 1 bag are asked to join with other farmers to make a joint purchase
- Farmers are asked to please have exact monies available when purchasing fertilizers
