Liberty Business, formerly Cable & Wireless Business and partner company of Flow Grenada, officially launched on 5 February at the Grenada Trade Centre, unveiling its new regional brand and expanding a suite of digital solutions for Caribbean businesses.

Rooted in its commitment to Connecting Communities and Changing Lives, Liberty Business reaffirmed its mission to deliver technology that fuels progress, productivity, and growth. The Liberty Business Summit — Grenada, brought together business leaders, technology partners, industry professionals, and government stakeholders to see how the company is enabling organisations through next-generation connectivity, powerful digital solutions, and world-class support, positioning itself as a key partner in building a digital-first Grenada.

During the summit, Lincoln Baptiste, Country Manager Grenada, highlighted the significance of the launch for businesses across Grenada and the wider region. “Liberty Business represents a bold step forward for the way we serve and support businesses,” said Baptiste. “We’re investing in technologies, partnerships, and people to power innovation and build a stronger digital ecosystem. Our customers can rely on us as the partner who will help lead them confidently into their digital future.”

Baptiste, together with Daniel Neiva, VP Chief Commercial Officer of B2B, shared Liberty Business’ evolving journey, highlighting investments in infrastructure, customer experience, and digital innovation across the region.

Attendees were also treated to networking sessions and immersive booth experiences, giving attendees the opportunity to explore Liberty Caribbean’s solutions in action and connect directly with product experts. Those highlighted at the event were:

  • Next-Generation Solutions & Health: Presented by Carol Robertson, Senior Business Development Partner, emphasising technology that supports operational agility and digital resilience
  • Smart Rooms: Demonstrated by Kemlon Pierre, Sales Engineer, B2B, offering modern meeting and collaboration environments for hybrid businesses
  • Mobile Solutions: Delivered by Rupert Martin, Senior Manager, B2B Solutions Caribbean, highlighting advanced mobility tools for teams on the go
  • Data Resiliency Services: Led by Alfredo Santana, Senior Manager, Cloud Solutions, focusing on continuity, redundancy, and secure data architecture
  • Cybersecurity Solutions: Introduced by Kamla Hamilton, Senior Product Manager for cybersecurity, detailing high-performance protections against modern digital threats

The event also highlighted the company’s strong partnerships with corporations such as Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, Avaya, IBM, Dell, Anixter and others. An expert panel discussion and live Q&A session focused on digital transformation trends and the region’s rapidly evolving business landscape, led by Bradley Ramcharan, Director, Multinational Accounts & Government Sales — Liberty Caribbean, who boasted of Grenadian heritage from the parish of St Patrick.

Speaking at the close of the event, Elena Dyer, Director of B2B Sales South Caribbean, who also boasted of Grenadian heritage, emphasised Liberty Business readiness to guide organisations through every stage of their digital journey: “Our customers are building the future, and Liberty Caribbean stands beside them with technology, expertise, and passion.
