The Grenada Coalition of Services Industries (GCSI) is pleased to announce the installation of its new Board of Directors — a great blend of visionaries, professionals, and industry leaders set to revolutionise Grenada’s service economy.

This may potentially place the island at the forefront of global innovation and competitiveness, catalysing change for the next wave of transformative economic growth.

Under the leadership of Chairman Jude Bernard, the board brings together dynamic powerhouse representatives across a wide spectrum of service sectors, underscoring GCSI’s commitment to cross-sector collaboration, improved service standards, export readiness, employment creation and national economic growth.

This now means that in addition to the Executive Team, elected on 17 April 2025, comprising:

  • Jude Bernard, Chairman
  • Kimanii Daniel, First Vice-Chair
  • Nelcol Philip, Treasurer
  • Anastasia David, Public Relations Officer
  • Tamika Bernard, Executive Secretary

GCSI has now added 8 service sector representatives, viz:

  • Johanna Tamar: Grenada Society of Architects
  • Chad Fraser: Information & Communication Technology
  • Dr Stephen Fletcher: Management Consulting
  • Jarmarie Marx Hypolite: Institute of Chartered Accountants, Grenada
  • Kered Clement: Creative Services
  • Rosemarie Charles: Health, Wellness & Beauty
  • Eugene Gittens: Association of Music, Producers & Performers
  • Leslie Barry: Grenada Institute of Professional Engineers

“This very diversified board,” in the words of GCSI Chairman Jude Bernard, “…represents a strong, dynamic team with the potential to position Grenada as a significant global player in high-value service exports, by promoting high levels of collaboration and innovation, creating the catalysts for new opportunities for the youth, visionaries, local entrepreneurs, and professionals island wide.”

About the GCSI:

The Grenada Coalition of Service industries (GCSI) is an umbrella organisation, under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade with the mandate to identify, organise and develop local producers of potentially exportable services, and guiding them to a state of “export-readiness” so they can contribute more significantly to employment creation, foreign exchange generation and national economic development.
