Leading entertainment and communications provider Flow is pleased to announce the relocation of its retail store from Granby Street to a new, modern facility at #7 NIS Building, Melville Street, St George.

This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing customer experience through improved facilities and accessibility.

The final day of operations at the current Granby Street location will be Friday, 31 January 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, the store will also remain closed on Saturday, 1 February 2025.

During this time, Flow will provide temporary support for bill payments and other services at the Flow Tent at Bruce Street Mall Courtyard from 8 am to 1 pm.

Customers can look forward to the grand reopening at the new location, where a refreshed, customer-centric environment will offer greater convenience and an elevated in-store experience.

Lincoln Baptiste, Country Manager, Flow Grenada, said the retail team is eager to welcome customers to the new facility, continuing their commitment to delivering the exceptional service that the community has come to expect. “The relocation of our retail store to Melville Street is an exciting step forward in our journey to better serve the people of Grenada. This new facility underscores our commitment to delivering a superior customer experience, providing not only a modern and accessible environment but also ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers,” he said.

“Our new retail location at Melville Street reflects our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of our customers. We are confident that this move will provide an enhanced and more convenient experience for everyone,” he said. “We look forward to welcoming everyone to our new location as we continue to strengthen our connection with the community.”

Flow extends its gratitude to all customers for their understanding and patience during this exciting transition.
