Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with department heads to determine staffing needs and timelines
- Implementing policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment
- Addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts
- Identifying training needs and developing programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Establishing performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies
- Managing HR databases and systems to track employee information and records
- Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the HR function
- Promotion of quality awareness throughout the organisation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM)
- A minimum of 3 years experience in human resource management
- A minimum of 3 years experience in senior management
Job Title: Senior Laboratory Technician
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory testing of construction materials inclusive of soil, asphalt, aggregates, and cement samples
- Generate laboratory test reports in accordance with laboratory standards
- Assist in the Implementation and maintenance of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard and the Bureau’s Laboratory Management System
- Training of subordinate staff
- Examine construction materials and related products for compliance to standards
- Assist in the proper maintenance of Laboratory equipment and working environment
- Provide technical input relating to standards, practices, and issues in the construction sector
- Promotion of quality awareness throughout the organisation
Qualifications
- University certificate or diploma in a scientific field related to the work of laboratory testing and building technology
- Valid Class D Driver’s Licence will be an asset
- Working experience in the construction sector will be an asset
Job Title: Office Attendant
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of the office areas and external surroundings (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, restrooms, kitchen, etc.)
- Maintaining and replenishing general office supplies as needed
- Posting and collection of letters at the post office
- Delivery of documents/correspondences to clients/stakeholders when required
- Carrying out routine errands, as required
- Assist in organisation of meetings and events
- Assist in the sale of packaging materials
- Promotion of quality awareness throughout the organisation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and at least one (1) year job-related experience and knowledge
