The Royal Grenada Police Force wishes to inform the general public that, further to the RGPF’s press release issued on 28 May 2026, of a complaint with regard to allegations of hotel workers being sexually abused by visitors, one formal complaint related to the matter has since been received.
Preliminary inquiries revealed that the complaint did not amount to sexual assault, however police intervention was sought for the purpose of issuing a warning to the individual concerned.
The RGPF remains committed to investigating all reports of sexual abuse, exploitation, and other criminal activities. We continue to encourage anyone who may have information regarding such matters, or who believes they may have been the victim of a criminal offence, to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 440-3921, Police Emergency at 911, or the nearest police station.
The cooperation of the public is essential in ensuring that allegations of this nature are properly investigated and addressed.
