Job Summary:
The Marketing and Client Services Manager is responsible for leading client-facing marketing delivery for EME Marketing and Communications. This position provides senior oversight of client accounts, marketing execution and delivery systems, working closely with client teams to ensure clarity, accountability and consistently high client outcomes. The role ensures that all client work is strategically sound and professionally executed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
Marketing and Client Leadership
- Serve as the senior day-to-day lead for assigned client accounts
- Lead client engagements, status meetings, and strategic check-ins
- Provide marketing guidance and oversight across campaigns, content, and activations
- Ensure client work aligns with agreed objectives, brand standards, and timelines
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand scope
Account Oversight and Team Management
- Oversee Marketing Executives and ensure consistent performance across client accounts
- Ensure briefs are clearly defined, communicated and executed to standard
- Monitor workloads, prioritisation, and timelines across client accounts
- Address performance gaps and enforce accountability where required
- Support professional development and day-to-day guidance of staff
Client Operations and Delivery Systems
- Maintain visibility across all active client accounts, projects, and deadlines
- Ensure client delivery processes and tools are used consistently
- Coordinate resourcing to support efficient execution
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in delivery and recommend improvements
Commercial and Strategic Support
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Contribute to client retention and client account growth
- Support operational readiness and scalability as the client base grows
Minimum Requirements — Qualification, skills and experience:

| Experience | 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, project management, or agency-side client services
Minimum 2 years in a management role, with direct responsibility for: (i) project management and deliverables, (ii) translating business objectives into measurable growth outcomes, and (iii) managing people, workflows and timelines Experience managing marketing and brand development projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven ability to enforce standards and accountability, and to lead client conversations with confidence, clarity and authority |
