Project Manager, High-End Resort Construction
Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of luxury resort developments from pre-construction through handover.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of construction operations, including programme management, cost control, contract administration, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, and health and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead site delivery of high-end hospitality/resort projects
- Manage project programme, sequencing, and critical path
- Administer contract conditions (FIDIC/NEC or equivalent)
- Control budgets, cash flow, and change management
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure quality finishes aligned with luxury brand standards
- Manage client reporting and stakeholder communication
- Drive safety and environmental compliance
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years’ experience delivering large-scale hospitality or resort projects
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial management
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary site teams
- Experience in concrete frame and high-spec finishing works preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
