The Grenada Food & Nutrition Council (GFNC) is turning up the holiday spirit with a challenge that blends creativity, community, and wellness into one festive celebration.
This Christmas, GFNC encourages workplaces, youth groups, families, friends — and even our beloved diaspora — to join the 12 Days of Christmas Singing Contest.
How to join the festive fun
Participation is simple, joyful, and open to everyone. Here’s how you and your group can get involved:
- Form your team. Whether it’s classmates, neighbours, co-workers, your ministry department, your neighbourhood squad, or family, everywhere from Grenada to Grenadians living abroad—everyone is invited.
- Sing the GFNC 12 Days of Christmas Song. The remixed lyrics are posted on the GFNC Facebook page. Learn it, love it, and make it your own!
- Get creative. Put your personal twist on each line. Think movement, props, humour, harmonies, costumes—whatever brings your interpretation to life.
- Record your performance. No fancy equipment needed — your phone camera works perfectly.

New deadline alert!
To give everyone a little extra time to perfect their remix, the deadline has been extended to Friday, 12 December.
How winners will be chosen
Once the submissions are in, GFNC will upload every entry to its official Facebook page.
From there, the power shifts to the people.

- Public voting: 15–18 December
- How to win: The entries with the most likes and reactions on GFNC’s posts take the prize
- Winners announced: 18 December 2025
