Vacancy: General Manager
Location: Grenville, St Andrew, Grenada
Rural Real Estate Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to manage daily operations and drive growth across grenada’s property market. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, organised and passionate about helping the business reach its full potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales, administration, and marketing operations
- Grow listings and property sales
- Lead and motivate staff
- Build strong client and partner relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (preferred)
- 5+ years experience in real estate, sales, or business management
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Al tools, digital marketing, and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
This is primarily an in-office position based in Grenville, with limited flexibility for remote work.
