The Government of Grenada will host the Connected Caribbean Summit 2025 (CCS2025) from 1–5 December 2025 at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort, Grand Anse.

More than 200 senior leaders from across the Caribbean and the wider international community will gather under the theme “Catalysing Caribbean Transformation.”

CCS2025 is conceived as a high-level, action-focused working summit to accelerate regional progress where it matters most. Economic resilience, digital innovation, justice reform, strengthened governance, education modernisation and financial inclusion will be treated as cross-cutting enablers of sustainable development and inclusive growth across the region.

The summit will convene heads of government, chief justices, public utility regulators, CEOs, investors, development partners and civil society leaders with a clear purpose: to move decisively from discussion to implementation. Expected outcomes include concrete initiatives to:

  • unlock and scale financial investment and inclusion
  • confront rising crime and insecurity
  • strengthen digital and climate resilience across Caribbean societies

Key features of CCS2025 include:

  • CCS Leadership Alliance — Closed-door and plenary sessions with Caribbean Government leaders and regional institutions, focused on coordinated action around shared development priorities
  • Justice Forum — A dedicated track spotlighting whole-sector approaches to modernising justice organisations and facilities, enhancing efficiency, and expanding access to justice for all citizens
  • CCS MasterClasses — High-level sessions on AI, cybersecurity, education and digital transformation, delivered by regional and international experts and tailored to leaders and senior executives
  • CCS NextGen Forum — A special platform for Grenadian and Caribbean youth to engage directly with regional leaders and gain practical exposure to career opportunities in emerging sectors
  • Caribbean Innovation Showcase — An expo of Grenadian and regional innovators, technology providers and solution partners, highlighting home-grown and global solutions for Caribbean challenges
  • Cultural Gala & Networking Events — Hosted by the Government of Grenada, showcasing Grenada’s people, culture and investment potential, and providing targeted networking opportunities

“By hosting CCS2025, Grenada is signalling its commitment to regional co-operation and to building a modern, resilient Caribbean,” said Hon. Dickon Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada. “We look forward to welcoming leaders, experts and investors to our shores to work with us on practical solutions that benefit our citizens and our region.”

“CCS2025 is a working summit, not a talk shop,” said Bevil Wooding, convener of CCS2025 and Executive Director of the Caribbean Agency for Justice Solutions. “We are convening the leaders and institutions that have both the responsibility and the authority to act — so that ideas discussed in Grenada swiftly translate into concrete programmes, partnerships and investments across the Caribbean.”

CCS2025 will be broadcast globally and supported by a dedicated media centre for press briefings, interviews and real-time coverage. Media outlets interested in covering the Summit or arranging interviews with key speakers are invited to contact the CCS Secretariat.
