Assignment Title: Non-Consultant Services for the Household Budget Survey / Survey of Living Conditions (Supervisors)

Background:
The Grenada Central Statistical Office (GCSO) will conduct the Household Budget Survey and Survey of Living Conditions from November 2025 to October 2026, preceded by a listing exercise. These surveys will provide critical data on household spending, education, health, nutrition, housing, and demographics to inform national policies.
Objective of the assignment:
The GCSO seeks qualified Field Supervisors to manage and support enumerators, ensuring the accurate collection and validation of survey data.
Scope of Work:
- Supervise 3–4 enumerators, ensuring they understand district boundaries
- Assist enumerators in initial household interviews
- Conduct spot-checks on household surveys to verify data accuracy
- Review errors, provide feedback, and return questionnaires for corrections
- Upload validated questionnaires to survey headquarters regularly
- Maintain confidentiality under the Oath of Secrecy
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of issued equipment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 CXC passes including English Language and Mathematics
- Experience in data collection, training, and supervision
- Strong communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Familiarity with survey software (e.g., Survey Solutions)
