Store Manager requirements:
- 3 years’ proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in a retail environment
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Approachable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyse sales metrics, and develop business strategies
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills
- Sound understanding of Grenada’s Labour Code and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as maintain a flexible working schedule in order to meet the needs of the organisation.
