At the Annual General Meeting of the Grenada Realtors Association (GRA), on Wednesday, 11 June, a new executive board was voted in by the general membership for the term June 2025 to June 2026.
This newly elected body represents a cross-section of experienced professionals committed to advancing the real estate sector in Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique through ethical leadership, policy development, and strategic collaboration.

President’s Message
It is with deep gratitude and purpose that I assume the role of President of the Grenada Realtors Association. As we embrace this new chapter, our mandate is clear: to raise the bar for professionalism, strengthen regulatory and stakeholder partnerships and reinforce the credibility of real estate practice across the tri-island state.
Together with this capable and diverse executive team, we are committed to enhancing transparency, supporting member development and contributing meaningfully to the national conversation on property and economic advancement. This term will be marked by action, integrity and unity as we work to build a real estate industry that is not only respected locally but recognised regionally and internationally for its excellence.
