Position: Risk and Compliance Manager

Job Overview: The Risk and Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the Bank’s enterprise risk management framework. This includes the development and implementation of risk management policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing the overall risk culture within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework
- Monitor and assess risk management policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of risk management practices
- Provide training and support to staff on risk management and compliance
- Prepare and present reports on risk management activities to senior management and the Board
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM, CPA) is preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management or compliance, preferably in the banking sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
