The Grenada Cricket Association (GCA) is thrilled to announce that Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) and 1st Vice President of the Grenada Cricket Association Randel Baptiste, and Inspector of Police and Team Manager Kellon Noel were selected by Cricket West Indies to serve as travelling liaisons for the ICC T20 World Cup.
President of the GCA Johnson Richardson, commenting on the appointments stated, “Cricket West Indies have chosen well, they have selected 2 of the best in the field. As an association we are delighted that 2 of our own are chosen to provide critical services for the T20 World Cup.”
ASP Baptiste and Inspector Noel are carded to work with 2 of the 20 teams scheduled to participate in the ICC T20 World Cup to be staged in the Caribbean and the United States of America from 1 June 2024.
ASP Baptiste and Inspector Noel are both experienced in the field and served most recently as liaisons for West Indies and England during the T20 matches held in Grenada last December.
The Grenada Cricket Association extends best wishes to ASP Baptiste and Inspector Noel for the successful execution of their duties.
