Position: Digital Officer
Contract Type: Fixed Term
This role includes
- Assisting with website development and maintenance
- Managing internal digital communication tools
- Multimedia content production
- Digital Marketing

- Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver marketing content
- Ability to provide IT solutions in a tourism environment
- Ability to compile reports in a clear and concise manner

- Ability to develop multi-agency working relationships
- Knowledge of current affairs, political, social and business issues that relate to and affect the tourism, hospitality and travel trade
Position requirements and qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, IT or any other related field with digital marketing certification
- 3 years’ working experience in a data-gathering environment
- Experience working with HTML & CSS, WordPress, Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, SEO, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms and website creation/maintenance
