IAL is seeking to recruit a dynamic professional as Marketing Manager to lead its Marketing efforts.
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategies to maximize market share, increase revenue, expand our customer base, and build the awareness of our brands in the market. You will work closely with the sales team, brand owners, and other key stakeholders to identify market trends, develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement market strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer acquisition.
- Analyse and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve product offerings, pricing, and sales strategy.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and market gaps.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, brand owners and other stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build, manage and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of food and beverage distribution, pricing, and marketing practices.
- Understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
