So now we wait to see whether the new Mr Mitchell is any less bent than the old one.
    Don’t hold your breath…

Why so negative…would you have rather to continue to be oppressed by Keith Mitchell instead giving someone else the opportunity to lead?? Grenadians got to put in the work if they expect change and STOP waiting for handouts.. This is a very intelligent you man, embrace and support what he wants to do for you the people of Grenada..

It is now the responsibility of the people to put in the work and stop waiting for handouts…yes, I know there are people that need assistance, but I guarantee 50% of the ones sitting around got the ability to work… don’t worry, the incoming PM will facilitate the people’s interest..he is for EVERYONE, not just NDC…the NNP party only supported the NNP followers… change is good .

Well Grenada you have a new government now. I hope you all get what you wanted but if things go wrong you are the only ones to blame some times it’s better keep who you know and you not know. For the best of the country and its people jobs, healthcare, education more money for pensions and looking after the poor and needy, disabled people etc rights to all benefits etc ie unemployment benefit for all and upping the age so people can work longer not stop at 60 helping people to get there homes rebuilt after the hurricanes 2004 and 2005 as lots of them still beens help.

Anything is better than what Grenada had.
Grenadians were fed up with politicians tiefing their monies. As you drove or walk around Grenada, before the election, the change was felt, Grenadians were ready and anticipating real change.
Today at 5am the rum shops are open, as average Grenadians celebrate.

WHAT’S WRONG WITH CHANGE, YOU NEVER KNOW.

    • Dr. Susan Bowen says:

Let us respect each other’s opinions. We might not like what’s being said but respect must be paramount. This is forward-thinking and a positive mindset.
Yes, change is good but not all change turns out the way we might desire. The best way forward is with an intentional desire for unity, respect, and holding the party in power accountable for their performance, promises made, and a level of leadership that truly help Grenada move forward.
Finally, we need to pray for the new government, that they will humble themselves under God so that they will be endowed with wisdom that comes from above. This government will never succeed without God’s guidance… Just look at the state of the world!
I also pray that Keith Mitchell will transition into public life knowing he has done his best for his country. No man is perfect, we all make mistakes… So no judgment, ridicule, or the degrading of anyone’s character… With this behavior, God is not pleased. May God bless Grenada and motivate the people with a heart for nation-building, and peaceable existence.
