Notice is given that Grenada Customs and Excise Division will be executing an upgrade of the Customs Computerized System commonly called Asycuda World System.
To facilitate this significant occurrence an interruption in service will be initiated from Friday, 21 September 2018 from 6 pm to Monday, 24 September 2018 at 6 am.
The updated procedures are geared towards improving customs operations and enhancing trade facilitation which in turn will support increased economic activities in the country.
It is anticipated that during the post-upgrade phase, minor delays may occur, and in this regard, the Customs Department is soliciting the patience and understanding of the trading community.
The Customs MIS Unit will be available to answer all questions and deal with any difficulties which may arise during the post-upgrade period
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Normal hours will resume by Monday, 24 September 2018 at 8 am.
