The Traffic Department of the Eastern Division (RGPF) advises the general public and in particular, motorists, that the normal flow of traffic has been interrupted along the Lower Capitol Main Road owing to a broken bridge.
Motorists travelling along the Grand Etang Main Road en route to Grenville will make a right turn onto Upper Capitol through St James and La Digue.
Motorists en route to St George’s via Grand Etang route will divert through Caruth, La Digue, St James and Upper Capitol onto Birchgrove main road.
This notice will remain in effect until further notice.
