A successful staging of a public-health education drive was held recently in Grenville, St Andrew, to mark Mosquito Awareness Week — 2016.
Residents of St Andrew, business operators, students and passers-by participated in the activity and engaged public health officials on various matters regarding mosquito breeding, control and prevention.
During the one-week observance, health officials staged various activities which included focus groups presentations, public awareness activities, stakeholder engagements, exhibitions, entomological and fogging operations.
