A St Andrew resident was remanded to Richmond Hill Prison after making his first appearance at the Grenville Magistrate’s Court on 25 April 2016, on a slew of sex offences.
Sheridan Charles, a 54-year old Farmer of Mirabeau was charged by police over the weekend for offences related to having sexual intercourse with a minor. He will reappear in Court on 9 May 2016.
Also, Keron Alexander, a 30-year-old resident of Windsor Forest, St David, was granted $30,000 bail after he appeared at the St David Magistrate’s Court on Monday, on a charge of sexual intercourse with a minor.
As part of his bail condition, Alexander who is to reappear in Court on 6 May 2016, has to change his place of residence. In addition, he has been ordered by the Court to have no direct or indirect contact with the virtual complainant, and report to the Gouyave Police Station every Wednesday between 6 am and 6 pm.
