The G.U.T. Credit Union recently held its 32nd Annual General Meeting under the theme ‘Member Focused, Service Minded’. The meeting, held at the Mac Donald College, saw a number of members turn out to discuss the business of the Credit Union.
In 2015, the Credit Union’s total assets grew by 14% and its loan portfolio grew by 17.63%. “The G.U.T. Credit Union continues to perform well” noted President, Carl Andall. “This performance is as a result of the collaborative efforts of our membership, whose love and commitment to this institution is strong and unwavering.”
At the meeting, the Credit Union also launched an improved, redesigned website reflecting one of its corporate colours, orange, with the standard credit union blue. The site features a more interactive experience with tips and financial calculators as well as easier navigation. Users can expect to easily access frequently updated blog tips, new promotions and links to the credit union’s social media pages.
