It is with great shock, dismay and disbelief that National Democratic Congress Caretaker for St David Mr Adrian ‘Persuader’ Thomas, Executives of the Constituency Branch, members, supporters and parishioners have learnt of the untimely demise of a visitor to Grenada, at the La Sagesse beach in St David, at the hands of a national and resident of the constituency.
We are pained that a crime of this nature has occurred on one of our frequently visited natural tourist attractions in the constituency.
We join with the Political Leader, Sen. the Hon. V. Nazim Burke, the National Executive and members in extending our deepest condolences to the husband, other surviving relatives, friends and acquaintances of the deceased. We pray that our Heavenly Father will provide them with the strength needed to carry them through this most difficult time. We remain assured that our Security Forces will complete this investigation and ensure swift justice for the deceased.
