All well and good for those who have and use smart phones but Nawasa seems to forget that a large number of their customers don’t use this media.
Why have they not open an office in St Patrick’s which is hub for all the surrounding parishes.
They have a building there so what is stopping them from opening an office so customers from the parish can visit to discuss any issues they may have .
Some customers have to take two buses to get to Grenville just to have a one to one with them.
This is not good considering we are trying to move with time.
Nawasa is guilty of neglecting their core customers which are the main householder and those who prefer a face to face discussion when it comes to they water Bill.
