The Government of Grenada announces an update in the curfew hours for the period Tuesday, 16 June, from 7 am and ending at 7 am on Tuesday, 23 June, 2020.
Freedom of movement remains between the hours of 5 am to 9 pm daily.
Beach hours remain 5 am to 5 pm.
Businesses that have already been authorised to operate may do so until 7 pm daily.
Establishments must continue to adhere to a specific set of reopening protocols, and only after receiving authorisation from the Ministry of Health.
Business owners must submit a request to the following email address [email protected].
They must also undergo an inspection by health officials to obtain their clearance certificate in order to operate.
Other businesses or undertakings may be exempt by an application, in writing, to the Commissioner of Police, acting on the direction of the Cabinet of Grenada.

I totally agree with Deen, I’m very proud of my Besutiful Island Corona Virus / Covid doesn’t give a dam about what anyone political affiliations are or the population of the Island or Country or your status in life is so ADM should take his/her out of the sand and see that Grenada did an excellent job you all should be proud.

Stephanie are you serious? Did you bury your head in the sand for the past 22 weeks.
With such a miniscule number of cases on island, I see no reason for the draconian measures. What seems to have taken place is to follow the protocol of the developed countries without thinking whether it suits my tiny little island.
You may also say, due to the neglect of our hospitals and health care provision,the powers that be went into panic mode because they new how this would reflect on them.
May I suggest that you stop looking at the gloss and start looking beneath!
the Government and by extension the people are doing a good job. following what bigger countries? we have to work with what fits us and our unique challenges! you sir should pull yout head from your rearend!!
Consider the possibility of a second wave of the virus, like what is happening abroad, I think these protocols should remain in place until we are in the “clear” .While these restrictions seem harsh and extreme, prevention is better than cure.
I am not politically aligned at this time but the government has succeeded where other larger wealthier governments have failed and for that we should give credit where it is due, I think we are very fortunate to be in Grenada where we dont have any deaths and outbreaks, this is just my opinion.
