A 29-year old Chantimelle resident who appeared in court charged with 20 counts of sexual intercourse with a female under 16 years, has been granted $50,000 bail.
Jahkimo Lewis appeared at the Sauteurs Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, 15 February 2018 where the charges were read to him.
As part of his bail conditions he is to have no contact with the virtual complainant and the witnesses, relocate to another community and report to the South St George Police Station twice weekly, Monday and Friday, between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm.
Lewis will reappear at the Sauteurs Magistrate’s Court on 15 March 2018.
