What you will be doing:
Our Project Sales Lead doesn’t just do the job — they take ownership of it. Every day brings something different. Here’s what you’ll own in this role:
- Build relationships that last by cultivating meaningful, personalised connections with customers that go beyond the transaction and drive long-term loyalty
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct site visits with homeowners, contractors, and architects — opening new doors and raising awareness of expanding product range
- Go beyond the sale by delivering responsive, high-quality after-sales service that leaves customers confident they made the right choice — and eager to come back
- Take ownership of receivables, ensuring timely collections and full compliance with company policies
- Monitor project-related customer complaints, ensuring issues raised are addressed and resolved within the stipulated timelines
- Generate timely and accurate sales reports as per stipulated timelines
Job Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 3+ years’ professional Sales experience
- Prior experience in hardware field sales is a strong asset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver against targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently in the field
- Confident negotiation and persuasion skills
- Professional with a customer-first mindset
- MUST have a valid Driver’s License and own a vehicle
- Must have a clean police record
