This RFP is designed to identify and engage a qualified research firm to conduct stakeholder and public surveys that assess customer service performance and brand sentiments of the agency, generating actionable insights to inform service improvement and strategic positioning.
Overview:
The Investment Migration Agency Grenada (IMA Grenada) invites qualified research and survey firms to submit proposals for the provision of survey research and stakeholder insight services.
The agency seeks to engage a professional firm to design and conduct a comprehensive stakeholder and public perception survey to assess customer service satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall brand affinity. The survey will evaluate stakeholders’ and the public’s awareness, perception, trust, and reputation of the agency, while also measuring satisfaction with the agency’s service delivery, responsiveness, communication, and processing efficiency. The findings will provide actionable insights to support service improvement, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and enhance the agency’s overall brand positioning and operational effectiveness.
The selected firm will be responsible for survey design, administration, analysis, and reporting, with the objective of providing actionable insights to support service improvement and strategic communications initiatives.
Scope of Work:
The selected firm will provide end-to-end survey research services, including:
- Development of survey methodology and sampling approach;
- Design of survey questionnaires in consultation with the agency;
- Administration of surveys through appropriate channels;
- Collection and analysis of survey data;
- Preparation of reports and presentation of findings.
- Deliver practical insights to inform service enhancements and strengthen strategic communication initiatives
The survey should assess areas such as responsiveness, communication, professionalism, processing efficiency, overall satisfaction, awareness, credibility, trust, reputation, and overall brand sentiment toward the agency.
The selected firm must ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and adherence to accepted research standards throughout the engagement.
Proposal Requirements:
Interested firms should submit a proposal containing the following:
1) Company profile and overview
- Briefly describe your firm, including its background, structure, and core areas of expertise
2) Relevant experience
- Summarise previous assignments of a similar nature, particularly in survey research, customer satisfaction, or brand perception studies
3) Proposed methodology and workplan
- Outline your proposed approach, including research design, data collection methods, sampling strategy, and implementation plan
4) Project team details
- Introduce the key personnel assigned to this assignment, including their roles, qualifications, and relevant experience
5) Timeline for completion
- Present an indicative schedule showing key milestones and expected delivery dates
6) Financial proposal
- Present a detailed cost breakdown for delivering the full scope of services, including any assumptions or exclusions
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following:
- Relevant experience and qualifications;
- Proposed methodology and technical approach;
- Qualifications and experience of the project team;
- Understanding of the agency’s objectives and requirements
- Cost effectiveness and overall value; and
- Past performance and client references
