The Government of Grenada, in collaboration with St George’s University (SGU), is offering scholarships to interested Grenadian nationals who wish to pursue bachelor’s and master’s degrees for the academic year 2026.

SGU School of Arts & Science, Undergraduate Studies Scholarship Programme, which commences in

  • August 2026/2027: Scholarship application deadline is 15 June
  • January 2026/2027: Scholarship application deadline is 15 October

SGU School of Medicine, Undergraduate Studies Scholarship Programme, which commences in January 2026/2027

  • Pre-Medicine
  • Medicine
  • Veterinary

Scholarship application deadline is 15 October.

SGU School of Arts & Science, Undergraduate Studies Scholarship Programme, which commences in January 2026/2027, scholarship application deadline is 15 October.

SGU School of Arts, Graduate (MBA) Degree Programmes

  • Master’s in Public Health (commences in May 2026)
  • Scholarship application deadline is 30 March

Commencing in August 2026/2027 are Masters in:

    • Business Administration
    • Multi-Sector Health Management
    • International Business
    • Clinical Psychology
    • Education

Scholarship application deadline is 15 June

All applicants MUST:

  • Be a citizen of Grenada
  • Visit link for further information sgu.edu or visit the admissions department on campus
  • Apply to St George’s University for an acceptance letter

Scholarship application package requirements:

  • Scholarship application form Request via email [email protected] or
  • Download and print it from the HRD Resource Hub linktr.ee/hrd_moe_grenada  
  • 2 reference letters
  • Certified copy of the birth certificate and/or passport biodata page
  • Certified copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • Certified copy of ALL academic certificates
  • Official transcript (emailed or delivered by the institution to HRD Division/Scholarship Desk)
  • Acceptance letter from SGU
  • 1 passport-size photograph
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Personal essay (max. of 500 words explaining your career goal(s) and how it will benefit you and Grenada)

N.B. Certificates can be certified at the Examination Unit, Ministry of Education, Sir Eric Gairy Botanical Gardens, Tanteen, St George.

Kindly deliver 1 copy of ALL required documents to the Human Resource Development Division, Ministry of Education, on or before the respective deadlines mentioned above.
