The Investment Promotion Agency of the Grenada Investment Development Corporation (GIDC), in partnership with technical experts from Catalyst+, is set to host a specialised 2-week training programme focused on packaging bankable projects.
Scheduled for 24 November to 5 December 2025, the initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of local investors, investment facilitation staff at GIDC as well as other stakeholders such as the Investment Migration Agency (IMA) and the Grenada Development Bank (GDB) to effectively identify, structure, and promote investment-ready projects, thereby significantly enhancing Grenada’s attractiveness to global capital. The daily half-day sessions will be held at the GIDC Main Building, Frequente Industrial Park, Grand Anse, and are being offered free of charge.
Enhancing project quality and attractiveness
The technical assistance provided by Catalyst+ will equip participants with practical, hands-on tools crucial for converting promising ideas into bankable investment opportunities.
The training will cover 3 core areas:
- Project Development and Investment Packaging: Learning how to present projects in a clear, standardised format that meets international investor expectations
- Financial Structuring and Feasibility Assessment: Gaining proficiency in assessing financial viability, structuring deals, and building robust financial models
- Effective Investor Engagement and Presentation Techniques: Developing the necessary skills to pitch projects compellingly and engage effectively with potential foreign investors

This programme is a strategic component of GIDC’s plan to improve the quality and readiness of Grenada’s investment opportunities. By elevating local standards, the training seeks to improve the country’s ability to attract high-impact Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) that supports sustainable economic development and deepens local participation in the investment process.
