Grenlec is apologising to customers in the south of the island, who experienced fluctuations in their electricity supply during the day on Monday, 20 January 2025.
While we are still assessing the cause of the problem, it appears this may have originated in Woburn, St George.
At present, customers in Woburn are experiencing an electricity outage.
The Grenlec Team is continuing a thorough assessment of the lines and infrastructure with a view to restoring stable service to customers.
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank customers for your patience as we work to resolve the situation.
