2025 Independence Secondary Schools U-20 Cricket Tournament

The Ministry of Youth and Sports 2025 Independence U-20 Cricket Tournament for secondary schools will commence on Tuesday, 14 January 2025.

Twelve (12) secondary schools have registered to participate in the tournament, which is being held in collaboration with the National Celebrations Committee as part of its scheduled activities.

The event is separated into 2 zones and will be played on several fields. All matches begin at 10:30 am in innings of 30 overs. The participating schools are as follows:

ZONE 1

  • Grenada Christian Academy (GCA)
  • Grenada SDA Comprehensive School (GSDACS)
  • Grenville Secondary School (GSS)
  • MacDonald College (MDC)
  • St Andrew’s Anglican Secondary School (SAASS)
  • St Mark’s Secondary School (SMSS)

ZONE 2

  • Boca Secondary School (BSS)
  • Grenada Boys Secondary School (GBSS)
  • JW Fletcher Catholic Secondary School (JWFCSS)
  • Presentation Brothers College (PBC)
  • St David’s Catholic Secondary School (SDCSS)
  • Westerhall Secondary School

The ministry is asking the public to support the tournament and to witness the cricket talent that exists in secondary schools across Grenada.
