Request for Proposal: Internal Audit Services
The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Committee is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and reputable service providers to render independent and objective evaluations of the internal controls of the financial and operational activities of the Investment Migration Agency (IMA) Grenada.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Internal Audit Service Provider (IASP) will design an audit programme based on the strategic plan approved by the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Committee. The auditor will evaluate processes and procedures in place to:
- Establish and monitor the achievement of the strategic objectives
- Identify, assess, and manage risk related to these objectives
- Ensure compliance with the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013, its amendments, operational policies, and other related laws and regulations
- Verify the integrity and reliability of the financial and other information provided to the Committee including that used in decision-making
- Verify that the system of internal control is in place and operates to promote the economic, efficient, and effective use of resources and to safeguard assets of the business
- Manage information technology, fraud, and disaster risk
PROPOSAL REQUIREMENT
To be considered for selection, interested audit service providers (individuals or firms) must submit a proposal that includes the following:
- Profile: An overview of the individual/ firm, including its history, services, and relevant experience with auditing similar organisations
- Audit Approach: A description of the audit methodology, tools, and processes to be used
- Qualifications: Details of the proposed auditor, including relevant qualifications, certifications, and experience
- References: At least 2 client references from organisations of similar size and complexity
- Fee Structure: A detailed breakdown of the audit fees, including any other costs associated with the engagement
