Low-level Trough: A surface-to-low-level trough, along with abundant moisture, will begin to approach the island chain overnight. During the day, areas just to the north Grenada, near St Vincent and Barbados, would have experienced isolated thunder and light to moderate showers throughout the day.
Weather models suggest that as the trough continues to get closer tomorrow and it interacts with the ITCZ, an increase in cloud cover and showers are expected, mainly overnight, along with a low chance of isolated thunderstorms. The frequency of this is expected to increase on Sunday.
As a result, a flood and landslide warning has been issued for tomorrow evening, with it continuing over the rest of the weekend.
The next update will be issued at 2 am.
