The Ministry of Finance, Inland Revenue Division informs the general public that the Government will exempt the 2025 Property Tax on all properties affected by the passage of Hurricane Beryl.
While this exemption will be automatically applied to all properties in Carriacou and Petite Martinique, property owners on mainland Grenada who have been affected are required to apply for the exemption.
To apply, property owners are encouraged to complete the Hurricane Beryl Property Damage Assessment Form, which can be accessed and completed through any of the following methods:
- Official website: ird.gd
- Inland Revenue Division’s main office, Young Street, St George’s
- Any District Revenue Office
The affected property owners are encouraged to submit the completed forms at their earliest convenience to ensure the necessary adjustments are made to their 2025 Property Tax Assessment.
