An established regional retail outlet is in search of a qualified individual to take on the position of Store Manager.
- Experience required in managing an intense retail environment reporting directly to the location Board of Directors
- Lead the operation by initiating, coordinating and enforcing the procedures laid out by the location
- University Degree in Business Management/Administration or similar qualification
- Be able to motivate a well-established and seasoned team
- Customer management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of flexibility
- Ability to develop creative plans to increase store sales
- Ability to leverage budgets to understand the business and make decisions
- Ability to work alongside regional counterparts
