The Caribbean Youth Environment Network (CYEN) – Grenada Chapter successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 2 March 2026 at the True Blue Conference Room, bringing together members to reflect on the organisation’s progress and to elect a new Executive Committee to guide the Chapter for the upcoming term.

Following the election process, the membership elected the following individuals to serve on the Executive:

  • President – Krisma McDonald
  • Vice President – Nnandi Robinson
  • Secretary – Jevaire Baptiste
  • Treasurer – Reeane Springle

The executive will be supported in their work by Abigail Ellis, National Coordinator, and Trevor Thompson, National Advisor.

The AGM provided an opportunity for members to review the organisation’s work in youth development, environmental awareness, and sustainable community initiatives, while also setting the stage for expanded programming and partnerships in the year ahead.

The newly elected executive has committed to strengthening youth engagement in environmental stewardship, climate resilience, and sustainable development across Grenada. As the organisation moves forward, CYEN Grenada extends an open invitation to government agencies, private-sector partners, community organisations, and development partners interested in collaborating on initiatives that empower young people and protect the environment.

Organisations interested in partnering with CYEN Grenada on environmental education, climate action, conservation projects, or youth leadership development are encouraged to reach out to the Chapter to explore opportunities for collaboration.

CYEN Grenada is also welcoming new members who are passionate about environmental protection, sustainable development, and youth leadership. Young persons between the ages The Caribbean Youth Environment Network continues to serve as a regional platform for youth engagement in environmental advocacy and sustainable development, empowering young people to take an active role in shaping a greener and more resilient future.
