The Royal Grenada Police Force hereby notifies the general public of the following traffic arrangements to facilitate the Presentation of the National Budget, on Monday, 1 December 2025.
These traffic arrangements will be in effect from 8:30 am until the conclusion of this activity:
No entry
- No vehicles will be allowed onto Lucas Street from its junction with Woolwich Road close to the Government House Roundabout
One-way traffic
- Lucas Street will be made one-way traffic from its junction with Observatory Road for vehicles travelling towards Government House Roundabout direction
No parking
- No parking will be allowed on the right side of Lucas Street from its junction with Observatory Road towards Government House Roundabout
Parking
- Members of the Upper and Lower Houses, staff and past clerks, along with administrative staff, will be allowed to park on the compound of the Parliament Building
- VVIP will be allowed to park on the side of the Parliament Building compound
- VIP will be allowed to park in the car park of the Parliament Building compound
- Public Parking will be allowed in the following areas:
- On the left of the Audit Building at Mount Wheldale, St George’s.
- On the left side of Lucas Street from its junction with top Woolwich Road towards its junction with Sans Souci Public Road
