Applications are invited for the position of Sales Manager.
The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic expansion, preservation, and improvement of the Company’s relationship with customers, as needed, to deliver on business results and support the Management Team.
Key Duties include:
- Develops and implements trade initiatives to achieve targeted sales volumes of the Company’s products to specified customers.
- Maintains close and personal working relationships with Trade customers.
- Conducts and oversees meetings with Sales Supervisors/ Coordinator/ Distribution and Operations Manager to ensure adequacy of supply and to deal with any other concerns that may arise.
- Develops and implements selling strategies and plans for all company brands and products. Holds regular meetings with brand teams to assess same.
- Oversees brand plan execution within the channel of responsibility and participates actively in the design and execution of trade, promotion and distribution plans within the department.
Qualification and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing etc. At least 5 years sales and marketing experience
- Experience with Planning and Budgetary Control.
