The National Sports Council Secretariat will host its second workshop today Thursday, 26 September, 2024, to design a National Sports Calendar for 2025, which will lead to more effective planning, budgeting, and hosting of sports events in Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique.
Sporting federations and associations will participate in the working sessions via their general secretary or representative.
The session begins at 2 pm at the Grenada Olympic House in Morne Rouge.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Grenada Olympic Committee, and the National Lotteries Authority are collaborating to host the event.
The council produced its first-ever National Sports Calendar last year.
