Notice of an Extra Ordinary Shareholders Meeting
To be held at The Presbyterian Church, Grand Etang Road, St George’s on
Wednesday, 23 October 2024 at 4:30 pm
The objectives of the meeting are:
- To elect an auditor or auditors for the Association
- To review and amend the proposed Rules of the Association
Proposed Rule Changes:
Members may obtain copies of the proposed rule changes by applying at the Association’s office on Church Street, St George’s during normal business hours which are 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, or by applying by email to [email protected]
Eligibility to Vote in Accordance with the Rules of the Association:
Every member of the Association holding shares for at least three months prior to the meeting shall be entitled to vote.
Members wishing to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf should obtain the prescribed form from the offices of the Association and return it duly completed at least 48 hours prior to the hour of the meeting. A proxy holder must be a member of the Association in their own right.
