Does anyone honestly believe that people buy Grenada passports to help Grenada? Both America and Britain and possibly the EU will close this down in the near future. It’s just greed selling you nations passports which allow potential criminals access to many countries. It is morally wrong and unforgivable greed and it’s going to come back and bite us.
You are right on that one
So true. Big mistake.allowing criminals into the country.
People in Grenada just blind to the truth Grenada is on its way to progress because of the Chinese and they doing some dam good development .live the right their..the American .and the English should be the one responsible to help the Caribbean and doing shit…as they term as shit hole countries .u grenadian think because the choose some of us and give a dam visa it progress..no is not..we Ned construction and education development. And is the Chines to take us through path..a d I know for sure the cannot take the country and put in on aboat and go with it…when u poor and we don’t have we have to take what we get .the government just have to negotiate better .and then again we don’t have what it takes I want my people live good
Look Roland the UK is helping with your water works ok so get it right we UK are helping Grenada in lots of ways ok
All for the love of money, these foreigners do not care about our lacal Grenadian, we are so dumb and our only intelligence is to ill speak one another while those foreign so call immigrants forecasting on how to come and make money in our small lsland ‘why can’t we the ones doing so?’ At the end of it all they will kick us out of our own take over and treat us as their slave for cheap labor. People in authority think wisely and don’t mess with these middle East Indians Wise up people. We don’t want our Children to be targeted in the future.
You speak facts and volumes! Dickon Mitchell needs to stop with this CBI program ! And what is he doing with all the money that he made last year selling all those passports???
Well I been saying this and my comments are taken down my now grenada as this is the truth and the truth hurts
I have nothing personal against Ms. Linda Straker as Grenadian journalist, because I believe that must given an opportunity to express their feelings about the things that affects their daily life, beliefs and economic well-being. I took have serious concerns over the sale of our passport under punzie scheme which can be immensely dangerous to national security and international relationships, especially with countries that historically reach out to our country, through grant funding and humanitarian aid whenever the need arises. For me, I don’t think China is good for Grenada in many ways. I believe that China is using Grenada as part of its mission to attain global significance and superpower. I don’t think our advisor to the government of Grenada understands the scale of the damage China is causing to us internally. Yes, we might think we’re doing great from the scholarships that Young Grenada receives to pursue their educational ambition. Nonetheless, China is allowed to determine our economic well-being, how we develop infrastructuraly, as if we’re begging. China is allowed a free reign to do as they like in Grenada. Take a closer look at the environmental damages they have done at Mt. Hartman and Levera for example. They stealing all our genetic materials and replacing them with modify species. All our indigenous sweet potatoes are replaced with genetic modified varieties. In closing, let put on record my concern with Linda Straker approach to journalism from a political perspective. I have never seen an article by Straker criticizing and holding the previous government on the Citizen by Investment (CBI) as robust as she is doing now. Wehe was her aggression, was in a state of dormancy? Journalism of substance and professionalism is non bias. It highlights the good, and denounce the evil no matter who is in government. But I observed that Straker has found her appetite as she’s chewing the current administration into power week in week out. I like to suggest to Straker, that it’s not too late to highlight that issues that still lingers, such as the poultry and shrimp farms air marked for St Mark. The garden group project, the Mt. Hartman fiasco and the list goes on. If Straker makes the 360 degree in journalism, then I’ll suggest to the government of Grenada to honor Straker by awarding as the non bias journalist during Grenada ‘s 51st anniversary of independence on February 7th, 2025.
The problem with this program is that the people are NOT becoming citizens because they live Grenada for itself and its people but rather for access to OTHER countries like the USA, especially the Chinese. These people don’t desire to live on Grenada and contribute to the society and economy. They want citizenship for ulterior motives. Where are these millions when LOCALS don’t have water in the tap but hotels DO?! You destroy all the scared environments for the sake of a dollar. You will cease to exist as the Caribbean culture and country I fell in love with and still your people will have sub standard heath care and job opportunities while the foreigners, especially China, come behind your back like a demon of deceit and take it all.
Well said darling
You are right well done
