The Grenada Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GCIC) is deeply concerned about the ongoing industrial action taking place at Republic Bank Grenada.
As the leading advocate for the business community in Grenada, we encourage the parties involved to engage in constructive dialogue and reach a swift resolution that serves the best interests of customers, stakeholders, and the entire nation.
We understand that labour-related disputes can arise from time to time, as organisations navigate the complexities of the modern workplace. However, we firmly believe that open communication, negotiation, and compromise are essential for achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
As this industrial action unfolds, the GCIC will continue to closely monitor the situation. The GCIC stands ready to support and facilitate the negotiation process in any way possible, working closely with all parties to encourage an equitable and speedy resolution. We remain optimistic that a fair agreement can be reached, fostering an atmosphere of stability and prosperity for all.
