BACOL (The British American Insurance Company Limited and Colonial Life Insurance Company Limited Policyholders Group of Grenada), on the advice of its Attorneys, advises its entire membership of registered policyholders, that each member is required to deliver a certified true copy of one form of photo identification to the office of its Attorneys, Mitchell & Co, by Monday, 6 June 2022.
The form of identification required is either a Grenadian or Caricom Driver’s Licence, Voter ID Card, NIS Card, or Passport.
Requested information must be delivered to the office of Mitchell & Co., at Units 14-16 Excel Plaza, Grand Anse, St George, Grenada or emailed to [email protected].
BACOL’s legal proceedings are presently before the Caribbean Court of Justice (“CCJ”). The next Case Management Conference is now scheduled for 14 June, 2022 at 10 am AST.

It is my sincere desire to hear that all the Bacol policy holders finally receive due reimbursement for the losses incurred as a result of the collapse of the Bristish American and Clico insurance companies.
