- Citation. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Covid-19) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021, and shall be read as one with the Public Health (Covid-19) Regulations, 2020, SRO No. 59 of 2020 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”.
- Amendment of regulation 7 of principal Regulations. The principal Regulations are amended by repealing regulation 7 and substituting therefor the following new regulation–
“7. Restriction on events or gatherings.—(1) A person may host or attend–
(a) any event or gathering of any description hosting no more than seventy-five persons, if the venue can accommodate the number of persons, in compliance with the physical distancing protocol in accordance with regulation 5;
(b) a funeral hosting no more than the number of persons that the venue can accommodate in compliance with the physical distancing protocol in regulation 5; or
(c) a wedding hosting no more than the number of persons that the venue can accommodate in compliance with the physical distancing protocol in regulation 5.
