The Traffic Department notifies the motoring public of the following temporary traffic arrangement, to facilitate the memorial service of the late Carol Bristol QC, on Thursday 9 October, 2014, to be held at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, St George’s.
Effective 12:00 pm there will be NO PARKING at the following:
- Lucas Street from its intersection with old Fort Road and through to Market Hill
- Church Street from St George’s Anglican Primary School to St Louis RC School.
- St John’s Street from its junction with Grenville Street.
Old Fort Road and Cemetery Hill will be closed to vehicular traffic. Buses plying the Richmond Hill, St Paul, Perdmontemps, Windsor Forest and Vincennes routes are advised to use their alternative routes.
The Traffic Department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
