Laluna Resort has been honoured as a top performing hotel by TripAdvisor®, and has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence for 2014. Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the website.
The accolade honours hospitality excellence, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. It is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on the world’s largest travel site.
Laluna is a small 16 suite boutique resort, set in a secluded bay on the west coast of the Spice Island of Grenada. The Grenada resort is sought after as one of the most exclusive venues for Caribbean Destination weddings and Honeymoon retreats. Balinese themed with thatched roofs and four-poster beds, this romantic getaway is enhanced by an Italian restaurant, Sunset Bar and Lounge. When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honorees that takes into account reviews ratings. Businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, volume and recency of reviews. Additional criteria include a business tenure and popularity ranking on the site.
